How does our service work?
Very simple! Let’s go through the steps together briefly:

Click anywhere on our site on the button
“Book now”
and you will come to our booking calendar. - 2
Choose between “Troubleshooting and solution” and “Purchase advice” and click on the arrow.

Choose your preferred day and time (you can see free dates in the calendar). You can no longer book time slots that have already been booked and they will no longer be displayed.

Click on “continue” and enter your data. Payment is made via credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, Sofortüberweisung or GiroPay.

Accept privacy policy and terms and conditions and book for a fee.

You will receive a message at the e-mail address you entered with our service cell phone number, where you can call us at your booked time.

Just call us on the phone / smartphone or use the WhatsApp phone or even video call! This allows us to identify the problem even more clearly and, if necessary, solve the problem even faster via camera.

You can also send us pictures or a video of your problem in advance to kontakt@womodoc24.de or via WhatsApp, so that we can see or recognize where the problem might be before we get to our phone.
